For a safer living area for you, your kids & pets. Carpet is sometimes the largest air filter you might have; catching & holding dust, dirt, allergens and hair. If not maintained on a regular basis, bacteria can build up and release odors affecting your health from deep in the fibers that can often not be reached with just vacuuming. A 4-Step Process to refresh your carpets -Vacuum -Pre-Spray -Scrub -Hot Water Extraction 1 Room/ Area: $75 Every Rooms/ Area after that is $60 Stairs per Flight (1st to 2nd Floor, 2nd to 3rd, etc.): $100 We will try our best we can to remove tough stains however we cannot promise to leave your carpet looking perfect or brand new but to get it as close as we possibly can with what we have. We will take our equipment up stairs to the 2nd-Story for no extra charge. Anything above a 2nd-Story will require a minimum a service price of $120. (Don't need to worry about this charge if your building has an available elevator.) The Client must move any furniture or anything that is in the way of work being able to be performed as well as move any valuables. We will try to reach as much as possible with the carpet wand under the bed as long as it fits under. Due to "Open Concept" homes growing in popularity, if the Living "Area" & "Dining Area" are together, they will be considered 2 Rooms/ Areas (not 1 Room/ Area) Each room will take about an hour of service depending on condition. "Deposits" are non-refundable
